UNIQUE CHARACTERISTICS THAT LIMIT AVAILABILITY TO ONLY ONE SOURCE, WITH THE REASON NO OTHER SUPPLIES OR SERVICES CAN BE USED.

DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION REQUIRMENTS MUST MEET THE CRITERIA OF  DOD 5100.76-M PHYSICAL SECURITY OF SENSITIVE CONVENTIOAL ARMS, AMMUNITION AND EXPLOSIVES, NFPA 780 AND NAVSEA OP 5 AMMUNITION AND EXPLOSIVES SAFETY ASHORE. ARMAG IS THE ONLY KNOW SUPPLIER OF EXPLOSIVE STORAGE MAGAZINES THAT MEET ALL MILITARY REQUIRMENTS FOR SAFETY AND SECURITY
