This solicitation will consist of the following NSN: 1560-01-160-3476, Armor, Supplemental, IAW Boeing Company (CAGE 8V613) part number 7-211930002-35. FOB Origin. This is not a Critical Safety Item. It is a stock buy. Origin Inspection is required. Requested delivery is 292 days ARO or best possible for the production units. This procurement is being solicited as an unrestricted procurement. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. Other Than Full and Open competition applies. First Article - Contractor applies and includes ballistics testing. Configuration Control applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
