Sole Source Action in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1) for the replacement of OEM tires with Goodyear LT265/70R17 LR-E Wrangler All-Terrain Adventure 121/118S tires and adding 1 additional leaf per side on the rear suspension on 17 Level D Chevrolet Suburban under BPA Call No. 19AQMM18S0729. 

This requirement is being added to an existing BPA Call awarded to O'Gara-Hess & Eisenhardt Armoring Company.  Attached is the Sole Source Justification.
