 The following changes are made to the subject solicitation.  It is clarified that the ordering period is still from date of award and lasts for two years (24 months).

•1.       The minimum quantity is revised from 3,900 to 20,000.

•2.      The AEQ for Year 1 is revised from 8,900 to 22,000.

•3.      The AEQ for Year 2 is revised from 4,000 to 3,000.

•4.      The maximum quantity is revised from 16,000 to 30,000.

•5.      It is noted that concurrent deliveries may be required and the vendor may be required to ship up to 3,000 monthly.   

 Solicitation closing date is extended to 2/16/2017.

 All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
