Objectives: The objective of this requirement is to provide a fully functioning VTC conference room which will enable US Army South (ARSOUTH) to conduct both secure (Secret/Top Secret) and non-Secure briefings and videoconferences over two IP networks using dedicated codecs for each network in order to support the ARSOUTH mission. Scope: Contractor shall provide non-personal services incidental to the supply purchase identified herein to include uninstalling, relocating, or discarding old equipment. The Contractor shall procure Thinklogical products and install all equipment for a technically refreshed VTC Conference Room that is integrated into the Building's VTC Capabilities.
