SOURCES SOUGHT: The 48th Contracting Squadron, RAF Lakenheath, England is seeking sources to provide Arthrex attachments to the Arthrex Synergy HD3 Laparoscopic Tower (Stacks) and an Orthroscopic Tower (Stacks). We are looking for those who are authorized distributors of these Arthrex products and the products are not to be refurbished or used. The attachments are on Arthrex's most recent price list and are for kit rentals for different types of procedures. With the understanding that only those items used from the kit will be paid for and the other items returned to the vendor.

Vendors who believe they can meet or exceed all of the requirements described in this notice are kindly requested to submit, in writing, appropriate documentation, literature, brochures, price list and other pertinent information to demonstrate the stated requirements can be fulfilled. Responses must include the following:
Name and address; Cage Code if presently SAM.gov registered.

THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATION AND PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, nor will the Government pay for information solicited. Respondents will not be notified of the results of the evaluation. No solicitation currently exists; therefore, please do not request a copy of a solicitation. Respondents deemed fully qualified may be considered in any resultant solicitation for the requirement.
