The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Patuxent River, Maryland, Competency 5.2 is requiring the acquisition of maintenance/repair of: two (2) FS 500 Comstron synthesizers and two (2) ASE Traveling Wave Tube Amplifiers (TWTA). This is being procured as a sole source requirement to Applied Systems Engineering, Inc. under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, interested parties may submit a capability statement for the purpose of determining whether to initiate a competitive procurement. The Government will consider all capability statements received in response to this notice. The Government reserves the right to process this procurement as a sole source based on the responses received.
