Ash Transportation for Yokota, Air Base, Tokyo, Japan

The Contractor shall transport ash stored in the Contractor's furnished container from the incinerator plant of Yokota Air Base, Tokyo, Japan to the ash recycling facility as described in the PWS.

The Contractor also shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform ash transportation service for Yokota AB, Japan in accordance with applicable Japanese laws and pertinent regulations, and commercial practices. The Contractor shall accomplish all services below to meet the requirements of this Performance Work Statement (PWS). 

A pre-proposal conference will be conducted at Bldg 620, Room 105 at Yokota Air Base, Tokyo, Japan on 13  Apr 2020 1400 hours for the purpose of answering questions regarding this solicitation.
