The Department of Homeland Security iintends to make a sole source award in accordance with FAR Parts 6, 12 & 13 to the American Society of Industrial Security (ASIS) International of Alexandria, Virginia for agency/institutional membership under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Membership will provide a cost-saving for courses to be taken by employees. DHS has determined that only ASIS provides courses that meet DHS needs, and ASIS Institutional membership will provide the agency with a cost savings for these courses. If your company beleives it is capable of fullfilling this requirement, please submit descriptive literture, fully documenting your capabilitites by the response date. Your capability information may also be considered for futurue procurements. A determination to compete this procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
