The requirement is for ASL Interpreting Services located at the Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS), Cleveland, OH to include all regularly scheduled meets and on an as needed basis for one year from time of award and four option years. The interpreting service shall be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work in the solicitation. This is a total performance contract in that all contract requirements must be maintained at all times. Inspection and acceptance at destination and F.O.B. destination.
