Charlotte Water often requires roads, sidewalks, driveways, and other pavements be freed of dirt, grime, stains, and other alike substances that collects on these surfaces by way of natural or manmade occurrences. As such, Charlotte Water is seeking a contract with a company to provide comprehensive services to clean concrete and asphalt surfaces. These Services are currently self-performed by Charlotte Water personnel, which is not sustainable long-term.
