The Town of Thornton, NH is seeking proposals from qualified assessing firms to perform general assessing and cyclical revaluation services. Full bid specifications and forms can be found on the Town website www.townofthornton.org Notices page or in the Town Office. Please submit: Six (6) Sealed bid proposals, plainly marked, “RFP 2025 Assessing Services” on the outside of the mailing envelope as well as the sealed bid envelope, addressed to the Town Administrator, Town of Thornton, 16 Merrill Access Road, Thornton, New Hampshire, 03285. Bids will be accepted until 3:00 pm on Monday, November 27, 2023. Bids will be publicly opened and reviewed on Wednesday, November 29, 2023, at 1:00 pm. Questions pertaining to this RFP shall be provided to the Town, no later than five (5) working days after posting of the RFP. Answers to questions will be posted to the website. The Town of Thornton reserves the right to reject any bids or portions thereof, and to waive any informality in any bids in the best interests of the town.
