This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government intends to award a contract for the assessment of the SEC's rule-writing divisions and offices compliance with current guidance and ensure current guidance is incorporated into the economic analysis of rulemaking for Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB), Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), and other Self-Regulatory Organizations (SROs) under the Commission's jurisdiction. The Statement of Work for required services is included herein (Attachment 1) and will be procured in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 15.
