The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to execute the fuel removal, transfer, or disposal remaining fuel, replace wiper seals, provide strapping charts, cleaning tanks, and perform an AST (in service or out of service) inspection on tanks.
