It is the intent of USDA NRCS to award a renewal of an order to ASTM International, West Consholocken PA for the ASTM Standards Custom On-Line Subscription for unlimited access for USDA for all 50 states to any of the 330+ standards networked on USDA's secure server. Subscription to end 28 Feb 2011. Anyone having knowledge that this award is not sole source must provide documentation to the Contracting Officer by email not later than 12:00 PM CT on Sept 17, 2009.
