This is a request for a quote (RFQ) for commercial items. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular _2020-06__. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Items must comply with the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation, 252.225-7000 Buy American-Balance of Payments Program Certificate and
252.225-7001 Buy American and Balance of Payments Program (https://www.acquisition.gov/dfars/part-252-clauses). All quotes must include Cage Code, DUNS number, and Tax Identification number. The Colorado Army National Guard may use a brand name item for reference only in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(c). Vendors may submit other brand names that meet or exceed the following specifications if specified in the list of requirements.

Evaluation of Quotes:
The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be more advantageous to the government that is the lowest price and meets the minimum requirements. Partial quotes will be evaluated against the entire solicitation in regards to the number of items quoted and price. A firm fixed price will be made based on LPTA. To be considered you must meet all the specifications in the attached bill of materials. Please include an 889 form with your quote.
