The US Army Corps of Engineers, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) intends to issue an award on a sole source basis (IAW FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)) to Post Nova Analytics, 230 S 500 E STE 110, Salt Lake City, UT  84102-2058 , for an Asymmetrical Field Flow Fractionation System. The US Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Environmental Laboratory (EL) the purchase of an Asymmetrical Field Flow Fractionation System.  The Asymmetrical Field Flow Fractionation System is patented by the manufacturer, Post Nova Analytics, and is the only authorized reseller.

The intended procurement will be classified under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 334516.  This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document exists for this requirement.  However, parties interested in responding to this notice shall submit technical data sufficient to determine capability in providing the same or similar supply.  All capability statements received by the closing date of this publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
