This Request for Proposal (RFP), W52P1J-19-R-0002, is restricted to Cybernet Systems Corporation under the authority of the Small Business Research Program (SBIR) Phase III per FAR 6.203(a). This RFP is for the on-going development, manufacture, delivery, set-up, and integration of up to 25 new and existing Automated Tactical Ammunition Classification System (ATACS) and Spent Brass Sorter (SBS) units to Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside Continental United States (OCONUS) locations. The Contractor will also provide inclusive support to Joint Munitions Command (JMC) operation of the deployed ATACS units, to include but not limited to all supplies and labor as called for in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

If the Offerors prices are considered fair and reasonable by the Contracting Officer, this RFP will result in a five year, Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The resulting contract will consist of five Ordering Periods which will be utilized for FY20-24 requirements.
