The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) at Patuxent River, MD announces its intention to procure ECP 06342C7 for Drawings and Publications updates required to support the USN's installation of the existing ATFLIR ROVER Data Link (ARDL) system into Lot 40 F/A-18 Aircraft. This requirement The Boeing Company has the manufacturing knowledge, experience, and technical data required to fulfill this requirement within the time required. NAVAIR intends to negotiate the effort as a sole source delivery order with The Boeing Company, St. Louis, MO. Award will be made with authority under FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties may identify their interest and submit technical information and a technical capability statement in response to this notice.
