Notice is hereby given that the MUSCOGEE COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT will receive bids on a General Contract for Athletic Field Renovations at Baker MS, Rothschild MS, and East Columbus Magnet Academy, MUSCOGEE COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT, COLUMBUS, GEORGIA. The Superintendent of Education of the Muscogee County School District will receive sealed bids until December 8, 2021 at 2 PM EST, at the office of the Director of Construction, 2960 Macon Road, Columbus, Georgia 31906, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bidding material will be forwarded, electronically, as soon as possible. No partial sets will be issued. All prospective bidders will be required to have on file with the Owner, fifteen (15) days prior to bid date, an executed “Contractor’s Qualification Statement”, AIA Document A305, latest edition. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after the time and date of opening of bids. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in an amount not less than 5% of the Base Bid. Bids must be submitted on the proposal forms as indicated in the specifications. Performance and Payment Bonds will be required by the successful bidder in the full amount of the Contract Sum.
