[email protected]. Bidding material will be forwarded, electronically, as soon as possible. No partial sets will be issued. Bidding documents will be on file and available for examination at: EMC Engineering Services, Inc. 3575 Macon Road, Suite 15, Columbus, GA 31907 All proposals must be on a lump sum basis; no segregated proposal will be accepted. All prospective bidders will be required to have on file with the Owner, fifteen (15) days prior to bid date, an executed “Contractor’s Qualification Statement”, AIA Document A305, latest edition. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after the time and date of opening of bids. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in an amount not less than 5% of the Base Bid. Bids must be submitted on the proposal forms as indicated in the specifications. Performance and Payment Bonds will be required by the successful bidder in the full amount of the Contract Sum. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive technicalities and informalities in the bidding. All bidders are required to attend a mandatory pre-bid conference, which will be held at 9:00 AM Local Time on Thursday January 6, 2022 at Baker Middle School Main Office, 1215 Benning Drive, Columbus, GA.
