Under this Supplemental Purchase Program, 1.1b (F76) and Purchase Program, 1.1i (JA1) the delivery period is January 1, 2023, through June 30, 2023, plus a 30 day carry-over period. The 30-day carryover period allows for delivery of orders placed prior to the end of the ordering period.

DLA Energy will be using the Bulk Offer Entry Tool (OET) for this Procurement. The usage of the Bulk OET is mandatory. The Bulk OET will allow Offerors to electronically submit and sign their offer (including the SF1449).
