Description: This solicitation is issued as a supplement to the Atlantic/Europe/Mediterranean (AEM) Bulk Purchase Program. The delivery modes are FOB Origin Tanker and FOB Origin and Destination Pipeline. The NAICS code for this supplemental is 324110. Tentative requirement details for this procurement are:

Fuel, Naval Distillate (F76); NSN: 9140-00-273-2377; Quantity: 63,000,000 USG
Turbine Fuel, Aviation (JA1); NSN: 9130-00-753-5026; Quantity 32,135,000 USG

Delivery Period:
Under this Supplemental Purchase Program, 1.1b (F76) and Purchase Program, 1.1i (JA1) the delivery period is January 1, 2023 through June 30, 2023, plus a 30 day carry-over period. The 30-day carryover period allows for delivery of orders placed prior to the end of the ordering period.

The items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreement Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars.
