This is a bulk fuel requirement for F76 fuels in the Atlantic, Europe, and Mediterranean (AEM), Thule Greenland regions.  This requirement may be adjusted during the delivery period and be met by supplemental solicitations tied to Basic Solicitation SP0600-13-R-0033. The ordering period is the date of award through June 30, 2016.  The delivery period is date of award through June 30, 2016, plus a 30 day carry-over period. The 30-day carryover period allows for delivery orders to be placed prior to the end of the ordering period. FOB Destination tanker offers will not be accepted. The method of delivery will be by tanker, barge, truck and pipeline. The following product will be procured: 

Fuel, Naval Distillate (F76), NSN: 9140-00-273-2377, total estimated quantity of 105,180,000 US gallons (USG). Purchase Program 1.1b. Note: All batches of F-76 that are presented for Government acceptance at origin and for shipment through a multiproduct pipeline shall meet a minimum flash point requirement of 62.5 degrees Celsius.
