The supplemental bulk fuel requirement for the Atlantic, European Mediterranean and Thule, Greenland region for F76.

These requirements may increase during the delivery period are detailed as follows:

Quantity: 11,550,000 U.S. Gallons (USG)
Delivery Period for above items is from March 1, 2013, through June 30, 2013, plus a 30-day carry-over period. The 30-day carry-over period allows for delivery of orders placed prior to the end of the ordering period. 

Please be advised that a hard copy of solicitation will not be available. If you intend to submit an offer, you are requested to return a completed and signed Offeror Submission Package to the DLA Energy bid custodian before the closing date and time. The items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979.
