The existing Automatic Transfer Switches that are currently in use at the City Sutter Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) are old and obsolete and they are not supported (maintenance wise) by the manufacturer parts. Due to these reasons, as well as the ATS’s importance in a critical and safe operation at the WWTP, this project will replace the five existing ATS’s with new up to date ones.
