Q2. Do you have the As-Built drawings for the systems?
A2. Yes.

Q3. Do you have the source code (Crestron uncompiled)?

Q4. Is the equipment list inclusive of ALL equipment to be covered?

Q5. Please confirm that you want telephone technical support 24x7.

Q6. Confirm that you want onsite support to include weekends and holidays.
A6. Yes, as necessary to support continued operationa capability of this system.

Q7. Confirm that you want loaner equipment available so that there is NO interruption of service.

Q9. *Is the system completely functional?
A9. Yes.

Q10. *Paragraph 19 references Touch Screen Layout Consultation and Review. This appears to be applicable to the original system design and installation. Please clarify what you would like included in this support agreement. Maybe review of current control configuration and make recommendations for changes based on end user needs?
A10. This means as we expand the system capability and change naming conventions the ctr will support these requests by performing system configuration changes.

Q11. Has a contractor performed similar work to this for the government in the past? If available, please provide the incumbent contract number.
A11. Yes, and the previous contract number was FA8732-14-D-0017-5M04.

Q12. The most recent RFQ for the subject referenced solicitation includes conflicting due dates. On page one, 2. General Information indicates 1/28/2018 and page 5, 15. Indicates 1/30/2018. Please clarify.
A12. The solicitation has been updated and the correct date is 30 March 2018.

Q13. Will requests received after business hours be expected to be responded to within 1 hour? Or can the contractor respond the next business day?
A13. Preference is for minimum of the phone technican support to be available 24/7 in the event of system failure.

Q14. Is this a Time and Materials or Fixed Firm Price Contract?
A14. The contract will be a Fixed Firm Price Contract.

Q15. Will the government include a NTE Travel CLIN?
A15. No. Any travel expenses should be estimated and added to the quote price.

Q16. Does the government have historical information of the number of tickets issued for repair? weekly/monthly or yearly?
A16. In the first year of life for new system there as been about one call per quarter.
