AUDIOCARE LICENSE

Air Force (USAF), Air Force 779th Medical Group, Air Force District of Washington (AFDW), Contracting Division (AFDW/A7KM), intends to award a sole source Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract to Mump AudioFax, Inc. Mump AudioFax, Inc. shall provide AudioCARE License. This service is mission critical for the Malcolm Grow Medical Center. This requirement shall be procured in accordance with FAR 13.3, Simplified Acquisition Methods for Commercial Items. The period of performance for the resultant contract is date of award through 30 Sep 09 with provisions for four (4) one (1) year option periods. The FSC Code is Q999. Due to the proprietary rights no solicitation will be issued. All services will be performed on the instruments at Andrews AFB. No solicitation document is available and telephone request for information will not be honored.
