This announcement constitutes public notice of intent to purchase a Patient Notification System from MUMPS AudioCARE Systems, 1436 Lancaster Avenue Ste 260, Berwyn, PA 19312. This requirement will be negotiated on an other than full and open competition basis in accordance with 10 USC 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) and FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
