TO PROCURE a brand name or equal of two (2) MADSEN Astera with ACP 2- Channel Audiometer, Standard and additional accessories for each MASDSEN Astera listed below, two (2) sets of Gordon Stowe Basic 90 dB HL speakers model number STO-SP8A and Labor/Installation/ in-service training/shipping included. The standard and additional accessories for each MADSEN Astera are as followed: Insert Earphones, TDH Headset, Bone conduction, Tabletop talk back microphone, Talk forward microphone for booth installation, monitor headset with boom microphone, assistant headset, Pre-loaded speech material, Preloaded user test, integrated power amplifier (6X6 booth), patient responder, OtoSuite Software (NOAH Compatible), High Frequency headset and ACP (Audiometer Control Panel). Other: PC base audiometer, Full function control panel with traditional audiometer interface, MLD (Masking level Difference) testing of central auditory function, Fresh noise stimulus, High frequency testing to 20 KHz, Sound field speaker hookup for 4 speakers, Multiple Hz resolution options, Simultaneous talk forward and tone presentation, Built in sound field amplifier, Historical audiogram difference plot and forehead and mastoid oscillator jacks.
