This is a Sources Sought Synopsis, for market research purposes only, and is not a Request for Proposal (RFP).  The 633d Contracting Squadron is seeking possible sources to replace an existing Diagnostic Level Audiometric Sound Treatment Suite and related equipment for the Langley AFB hospital. The NAICS code of 334510 with the size standard of $7.5M is currently being evaluated for use with this potential requirement.  Please submit any additional NAICS code suggestions as appropriate.

Characteristics:

This requirement is to replace an existing Industrial Acoustics Company (IAC) brand audiometric booth with dimensions as outlined in the attached drawings. The replacement booth must be IAC brand or equal and must be custom fit to the same dimensions as the previous booth so that no modifications are required to the existing structure. The replacement booth must be acoustically shielded in accordance with ANSI S3.1-1999 as a diagnostic booth and have comparable features as listed in the description of requirements below.  The suite must also be equipped with the Interacoustics brand audiometry equipment as listed below to provide seamless integration and compatibility with the existing equipment (Brand Name Justification attached). Additionally, a Pehratek brand name or equal Video Reinforcement Audiometry (VRA) system for the testing of infants and toddlers will be required as listed below.
