In reponse to questions posed at the site visit and via email, the following documents are posted:

Added Aug 07, 2019:Section (v) has been amended. Quotes are now requested for both the full requirement (Option 1) and a partial requirement (Option 2) for funding purposes. Quotes should be submitted separately for each option. If a single quote is provided for the full requirement, please acknowledge whether the Option 2 portion is separable.
The response date has been extended.
A second site visit is available on request for Option 2 only. A request for a site visit must be received no later than August 12, 2019. Specific dates or times are contingent upon availability of Government personnel.
