Under this requirement the contractor shall provide:

DESCRIPTION AUGER ANCHOR: Aircraft mooring anchor is 32" to 35" from the auger tip to the ring tip (overall length). The shaft is 20' long, 1-7/8" to 1-1/2" in diameter and made of schedule 80 pipe. The collar is 4" long 1-5/8" to 1-7/8" in diameter made of schedule 40 pipe. The screw portion (auger tip) is 5-1/2" to 6" long, 3-3/4" to 3-7/8' outside diameter at the top, tapering down to the point. The "D" ring is 1/2" 1018 cold roll round bar, 3-3/8" to 3-1/2" long and 4" across at the bottom curves. The "D" ring will align with or pivot from front to back of the collar. All the components (the entire anchor) will be hot-dip galvanized steel and must meet A-A-55606 specifications.
The designated NAICS Code is 334513, Other Aircraft Parts and Auxillary Equipment Manufacturing, size standard is 1000 employees.
Your response shall include your company's size, CAGE/DUNS codes and the primary point of contact. Documentation of technical expertise and capability must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that your company possesses the necessary functional area expertise, certification, authorization and experience to compete for this acquisition. It is imperative that business concerns responding to this notice articulate their capabilities clearly and adequately. Responses to this notice are strictly voluntary; the Government will not pay for any costs incurred by interested parties in response to this notice.
