The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) announces its intent to solicit proposals to provide Authorized Central Storage (ACS) Chemical Disposal and Destruction services for the state of Iowa. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) will be 562112, Hazardous Waste Collection. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be a total small business set-aside in accordance with FAR Part 19.502-2. The solicitation will be posted on or about April 1, 2015 and will be available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at www.fbo.gov. Hard copies of the Request for Proposal (RFP) will not be available. No telephone or fax requests will be accepted. Potential Offerors are responsible for downloading their own copies of the solicitation and any amendments. This solicitation does not commit the Government to pay any costs incurred in the submission of proposals or to contract for this service. All proposals submitted in response to the solicitation shall be prepared in accordance with the requirements set forth in the solicitation.
