The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) announces its intent to solicit proposals to provide Authorized Central Storage (ACS) Chemical Disposal and Destruction services.  The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) will be 562112, Hazardous Waste Collection.  The requirement will be for multiple states within the continental United States.  Pending approval from the SBA, it is anticipated that the soliciation will be under FAR Part 15 Full and Open Competition.  An amendment will be made to this synopsis upon SBA approval to confirm the size standard of this procurement.  The solicitation will be posted on or about April 22, 2014 and will be available on the Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fbo.gov.  Hard copies of the RFP will not be available.
