1. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. This announcement is issued solely for informational and planning purposes only. This notice does not constitute a solicitation and does not obligate the Government to any current or future commitments. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. All information received in response to this announcement that is marked "Proprietary" will be handled accordingly.

Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10, the Department of Defense (DoD) Education Activity-DDESS Procurement Office is currently conducting market research to identify capable and qualified providers that can provide special education services for a student with Autism in a therapeutic setting for a specific DoDEA elementary student assigned to Ft. Benning schools who receives special education services for other health impairments.

The education services are required to meet the student's special education needs as defined in the Individual Education Program (IEP) as required by the individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) (20 USC § 1400, et. seq.) and Department of Defense (DoD) Instruction 1342.12 "Provision of Early Intervention and Special Education Services to Eligible DoD Dependents."
Additionally, contractor shall be accredited by a national recognized accrediting organization (e.g., Southern Association of Colleges and Schools) and meet the requirements of the State of Georgia Department of Education. All services shall be provided by personnel with appropriate training, certification, and/or licensure as required by the state of Georgia corresponding to the specialty area for which they are providing services.

2.The anticipated PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE is: 01 August 2016 through 31 July 2017.

3. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is anticipated to be 611110, Elementary and Secondary Schools, with a size standard of $11Million.

4. If you are interested, capable, and qualified to provide the services outlined in the PWS, please submit appropriate written information and/or data supporting your company's capability to perform the required services. Information shall also include the company name, business mailing address, point of contact, telephone / facsimile number, Dun & Bradstreet Number (DUNS), and Commercial and Government Entity CAGE code under which they are registered in SAM.
