The 49th Contracting Squadron and 49th Civil Engineering Squadron at Holloman AFB, NM intend to award a sole source, firm-fixed price contract to DLT Solutions, 13861 Sunrise Valley Dr., Suite 400, Herndon, VA 20171 for commercial services described below. The government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation will be issued. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by submitting literature, detailing how their product/service meets the requirements of the 49th Civil Engineering Squadron to the Contract Administrator, A1C Jasmine Powell, via fax at 575-572-7333 or email [email protected].
