The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) intends to award a contract to DLT Solutions, 2411 Dulles Corner Park, Suite 800, Herndon, VA 20171 for licenses and technical support for the Autodesk Design Academy and the Autodesk Animation Academy. This requirement is being conducted under the authority of the Multiple Award Schedule Program (see FAR 8.401): Items peculiar to one manufacturer, under FAR 8.405-6(b). The period of performance is for one year from date of award with four 12-month option years.

This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, any party that believes it is capable of meeting this requirement as stated herein may submit a written capability statement that clearly supports and demonstrates their ability to perform the requirement by the response date. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
