Technical evaluation criteria are as follows:

1. Automated system to deposit picoliters volume drops in a <100-micron radius (<50 micron for <250 picoliters).
2. System to fit on a standard tabletop bench.  Area footprint <600 mm x 600 mm.  Height <1200 mm.
3. Requirement of at least 2 piezo-electric deposition heads for precise droplet dispensing.
4. Control software provided to deposit a desired pattern of drops/lines/solutions. Can use vector-based graphics, bitmap, or spreadsheet input for deposition patterns.
5. Droplet diameters from 50 microns and above.
6. Droplet volumes from 100 picoliters and above.
7. 3-axis Motorized positioning of deposition area around 200mm x 200mm, with vertical range of 100mm.
8. Axis motor resolution of 1 micron or better, positioning accuracy of <30 microns, repetition accuracy of <15 microns.
9. Positioning load of ~2kg Image registration to ensure print positioning to 100 microns
10. Vacuum table to ensure steady positioning of glass slide substrates.
11. Fiducial camera and coaxial LED Illumination for monitoring of drop deposition pattern. 
12. Camera monitoring system to quantify droplet deposition quality, i.e. precision of droplet volumes
13. Power requirements to 110V AC
