This requirement is advertised as SOLE SOURCE. Naval Air Warfare Center - Weapons Division (NAWC-WD) is issuing solicitation number, N6893619Q0033, as a request for quote (RFQ) for the procurement of an automated reaction calorimeter. This procurement is in support of the Chemical Pilot Plant within the Energetic Materials Research and Processing Branch Code 477100D.
The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract, on a sole source basis, to Mettler-Toledo AutoChem, Inc, for this procurement.
The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334513, "Instrument and Related Product Manufaturing." The Product Service Code (PSC) for this procurement is AJ12. This procurement is not a small business size standard. The anticipated award is 3rd quarter of FY19.

REQUIREMENTS:
The requirement(s) will be procured in accordance with the statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition under Title 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements."
Under this effort, the Contractor shall provide the following items: One Large Scale Automated Reaction Calorimeter in accordance with the Statement of Work
All quotes must be for all items as stated, no substitutes will be accepted and partial quotes will not be considered.
