The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Medical Center, Butner, North Carolina, intends to issue a firm-fixed price, sole source purchase order to University of North Carolina At Chapel Hill, 450 Ridge Road Chapel Hill, North Carolina, 27599. This non-competitive action is being issued by the Federal Correctional Complex, Butner, NC. The Federal Correctional Complex has a need for Autopsy Services for inmates at the Federal Correctional Complex and local hospitals. Interruption of services would cause the Government undue damage. These services will be for the period of October 1, 2016 through September 30, 2017.
