The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) intends to award a Sole Source firm fixed price purchase order to ARES Corporations, 1440 Chapin Ave Ste 390, Burlingame, CA 94010-4058  to purchase AVERT 5.X Enterprise and AVERT 5.X Professional software license for 1 year.  

AVERT Enterprise and Professional software is proprietary to ARES Corporation.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 511210.  This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.  A determination by the government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government.
