The service includes personnel, management, parts, supplies, transportation and vehicles/trucks with exception of Government furnished, to perform all the functions for refuel/defuel services and required into-plane oil services. The applicable NAICS code is 488190, Other support activities for air transportation, with a size standard of $32.5 million.
