This is a Notice of Intent to issue a contract to Avid Technology, 1101 Pennsylvania Ave NW, Suite 600, Washington DC 20004 on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, 10U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The proposed procurement is for an Avid Editing Workstation, to include commissioning and project management in support of the Air Force Public Affairs Agency (AFPAA).

CLIN 0002: Commissioning

2 EA 0530-03093-01: Service, Commissioning Daily Rate including Travel Expenses.

CLIN 0003: Project Management

1 EA 0530-03097-01: Service, Remote Project Management.

This announcement constitutes the only notice; and a written solicitation will not be issued. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to perform by responding to this notice by the specified closing date. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however the Government will consider all proposals received by the closing date specified in this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
