Vendors must provide an exact match bid to the following Statement of Requirements: PURPOSE To purchase thirty (30) Avon FM53 Mask Systems w/o hood and six (6) Powered Air Purifying Respirator (PAPR) to replace the current outdated and incompatible mask systems that is in the current TCA/BORTAC inventory. SPECIFICATIONS 30 each of the Avon FM53 Mask System which are compatible with the following systems: (Vendor MUST be an authorized Avon FM53 distributor and provide technical assistance). • APR (Air Purify Respirator)- A negative pressure mask using NATO thread filters • SCBA (Self Contained Breathing Apparatus) • PAPR (Powered Air Purifying Respirator) • CCBA (Closed Circuit Breathing Apparatus) • Hybrid SCBA and PAPR combinations 6 each of the ST-PAPR for use with the FM53 Mask and must include the following: • I-PAPR • Breathing Tube • Lithium Sulfur Dioxide battery option with a minimum 7 hour battery life. • Carrier • Has a remote on/off switch located on the mask hose connector enabling the ST- PAPR to be easily switched on and off. • A speed selector provides a high flow rate up to 165 liters per minute with a minimum flow rate of 125 Liters per minute at the lowest setting • With the ST - PAPR the integrated CDV enables the user to switch instantly from powered air to positive pressure SCBA mode when required. • Incorporates two 40mm standard NATO thread filters. 60 each of the General Purpose Filter for the FM53 3 each of the Li-ION 8 hour rechargeable Battery 3 each of the Li-ION 8 hour rechargeable Battery Charger 6 each of the ST53SD/I-PAPR Equipment Carrier Eight (8) Hours (One Full Day) On-Site Group Training: • On-Site Group Training to be provided at Tucson Sector HQ , 2430 S. Swan Rd., Tucson, AZ 85711-6565 • Training must cover donning, doffing user operation in normal and emergency situations. Initial fit testing of personnel to determine face mask sizes will also be provided. Vendor must be located within a 150 mile radius of Tucson Sector HQ in order to provide immediate technical assistance and warranty work. Vendor must be an authorized dealer and distributor for the Avon FM53 Masks.
