The General Services Administration (GSA), Public Building Service (PBS), Region 3, South Service Center, Baltimore Field Office intends to compete a requirement for necessary repairs of the Aycock Swingover Structure located at the Fallon Federal Building at 31 Hopkins Plaza in Baltimore, MD.

General Description:
The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supervision and equipment for repairs to the Aycock Swingover Structure in accordance with the deficiency report received by the Government. 

The applicable NAICS code is 541990, All Other Professional, Scientific and Technical Services, and the small business size standard is $7 million. 

In accordance with 19.502-2(b), the anticipated contract will be competed as a total 100% small business set-aside. The anticipated contract will be procured utilizing the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable source selection procedures as described in FAR PART 15.101-2.  The lowest price technically acceptable source selection process is appropriate when best value is expected to result from selection of the technically acceptable proposal with the lowest evaluated price.  

A site visit/pre-proposal meeting is tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, January 24, 2012 at 10:00 AM EST and will be held at the following location: 31 Hopkins Plaza, Baltimore, MD 21201.  The Aycock Swingover Structure is located on the North side of the Fallon Federal Building outside.
