AZ-SHIP will assist the Government of Azerbaijan to institutionalize health sector reforms and better address specific diseases that are adversely affecting the health status of Azerbaijan's population. A cost reimbursement, completion contract with a 2 year base period and 2 years for the option period is contemplated. The total estimated cost is approximately $10,000,000 ($5,000,000 for base and $5,000,000 for option period). The expected start date is o/a July 2011.
