The 11th Contracting Squadron at Joint Base Andrews NAF Washington, MD 20762 will issue a RFQ to North American Airpower Museum to provide a B-25 Mitchell and a P-40 Warhawk formation aerial demonstration and fly-by's at the 2015 Joint Base Air Show in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2) Only one responsible source is capable of responding due to the unique or specialized nature of the work.  A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.  The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code is 712110 with a size standard of $7.5 million.  Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose if determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.  All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which will be considered by the agency.  The government will not be responsible for any costs incurred in preparation of any capabilities statements or documents prepared for this notice.
