Contractor to provide all tools, equipment, materials and transportation necessary to provide a AFFF Foam Concentrate Quality Analysis Report of 17 AFFF foam tanks located in twelve (12) buildings. The list of buildings will be provided upon award. A total of 17 tanks equaling 51 samples are to be collected and have analysed. All tanks are easy accessible and without obstructions. Contractor will collect three samples per AFFF Tank: One (1) sample from the tank top; one (1) sample from the tank bottom; and, one (1) sample between the bladder and the tank. All analysis's shall be conducted by an AFFF foam manufacturer OR qualified laboratory.
