NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE This is a notice of intent of the Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10 intent to negotiate sole source on behalf of the Louis Stokes Cleveland Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 10701 East Blvd, Cleveland, Ohio 44106, to join the regional collaborative venture of other local health care facilities with FORCES4QUALITY NORTHEAST OHIO (Greater Health Better Cleveland), a large business, to collect and analyze regional collaborative data on diabetes, hypertension, and heart failure care, for the improvement of patient care within the region. The NAICS is 541990 and the small business size standard is $10M. The proposed period of performance shall be one year from date of award with four one year options. The government believes that only one business can satisfy the agency requirements and intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Other persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by April 14, 2017. Such capabilities information will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. All information shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the government.  A determination by the government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
